As a commissioned Notary Public, I verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure documents are properly executed in accordance with state laws. Mobile and in-office appointments are available for your convenience. Notary services available — $6.00 per stamp (starting rate).

Property management involves the oversight, operation, and maintenance of residential or commercial rental properties on behalf of the property owner. Services typically include tenant screening, lease preparation, rent collection, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with local and state regulations. In Texas, state law gives each property owner the right to choose who manages their rental properties, allowing landlords to select the management company or individual that best meets their needs and standards. Property management services starting at $50 per door, based on location and scope of services.

Available Home and Apartment Pricing

We offer a variety of homes and apartments across multiple Texas locations, including El Campo, Victoria, Bay City, Houston, Dickinson, and Pasadena. Our apartment rentals range from $850 to $1,300 per month, while our houses range from $1,100 to $2,500 per month, depending on the area and property features.
